Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between okx8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the okx8 website located at https://okx8.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

By clicking any registration button, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the okx8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

okx8 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with standard anti-money laundering ("AML") practices. Before processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address issued within the last three months. okx8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. okx8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Currency

All okx8 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied on the platform side for payments made through supported Bangladeshi payment methods.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirement. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by okx8 are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods stated at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games available on the okx8 platform utilise certified random number generators ("RNG") that have been independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. 6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round due to network or device issues on your end, the game will continue per its programmed logic. okx8 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections outside of its technical infrastructure. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okx8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by okx8

okx8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, AML violations, or where required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation. During a suspension, all pending withdrawals and bonus claims may be placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation.

8.2 Permanent Closure by okx8

Following the conclusion of an investigation, okx8 may permanently close an account where a breach is confirmed. Where a permanent closure is warranted by fraud, money laundering, or repeated abuse, okx8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance including any winnings. Where closure is for reasons other than misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Before an account is closed, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completed KYC.
